Standard delivery charge of £7.95 + vat applies to all orders and will automatically be applied at checkout.
DPD tracking will be available via their website or App.
During busy periods, our cut-off and delivery times may vary.
Please make sure you are happy with the following stock status prior to purchase:
‘In stock’ – either in stock with us or with the manufacturer which we get on a next day service. These items will be shipped the same day or next working day. If there is a delay we will notify you.
‘Available on backorder’ – out of stock with us and the manufacturer. The manufacturer has stock on order and we can provide expected delivery dates.
‘Special order’ – out of stock with us and the manufacturer. The manufacturer does not have stock on order, and a special order will need to be placed.
If an order is processed and the expected delivery date isn’t acceptable, a refund or alternative product will be offered.
Stock levels with manufacturers change continually. Whilst we do our best to keep stock availability updated on our website, there may be a time when the available status is not correct. If you want to make sure an item is available prior to placing an order please get in touch on 01633 270005.
